HE Xiangjian
PresidentEntrepreneur He Xiangjian built Midea Group into one of China’s largest appliance makers, then stepped down from operations in 2012. In June 2016 Midea bought 80% of Toshiba’s money-losing home appliance arm for $500 million. In May 2016, the company bid about $5 billion for German industrial robot firm Kuka.
Francis Howell
CFOFrancis Howell joined MCH as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in June 2015 after 19 years as a finance professional.
Howell holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
